The tools I use to slay the day

I understand that the internet is flooded with advertisements and sponsored content, which can sometimes blur the lines between genuine recommendations and paid endorsements.

However, I assure you that whenever I mention any tools or products, it is because I believe they may be beneficial to you! Unless explicitly stated, I am not receiving any form of compensation for advertising these tools.

From marketing to time management, these are the tools I recommend and use daily!

MailerLite is my go-to email software for creating flawless email campaigns, welcome sequences, and beautiful landing pages.

  • Crowd Fire

I tested so many social media scheduling tools before choosing Crowd Fire. If you’re a small business, this one does the job the most cost-effectively. I batch-schedule posts, and Crowd Fire does the rest!

  • Jasper AI

AI doesn’t come close to replacing my job. I think of it as a copywriter’s assistant. It helps rephrase sentences, generate outlines, and brainstorm topics.

I’ve been using Jasper AI since 2021. I like it because it’s more focused on a marketer’s needs than chatGPT and other AI tools.

  • Grammarly

Grammarly is my copy editor. I would never send anything to a client without running it through Grammarly. It also has some AI features integrated that can help detect your tone and rework sentences.

  • Novo Banking

Novo is a modern bank designed for small businesses. I chose Novo for unlimited ATM fee refunds and no monthly fees or minimum balance requirements. Sign up with my Novo link and we’ll both score $100.

  • Emoji Keyboard

I refuse to spend 5 minutes googling an emoji to copy and paste it into my content. Emjoi Keyboard is a browser extension that keeps all my emoji friends at my fingertips in seconds.

  • Toggl Track

Goodbye time tracking in Excel. Toggl track is BY FAR a much more efficient use of time. I organize my time by client and project so I can spend more time working and less time tracking.

  • Keywords Everywhere

I use many SEO tools, but I use Keywords Everywhere most often by far. It integrates with Google Search, so you can see search traffic for a term just by typing it into Google!
