I’m here for the good guys.

After over a decade of working in food marketing and communications, I started my business because I saw firsthand how our food system is stacked against farmers, and I was tired of seeing them struggle.

I worked with a career coach who helped me see that my life purpose is to shine a spotlight on the stories that need to be told in the world. Heck, I wrote in my first-grade journal that I would be a writer when I grew up.

It’s my goal to share the stories of food, agriculture, and other mission-driven businesses that believe in a better way to do business in our country.

Stories that are centered around truth and what people need to know—not fear-based marketing or fluff content that serves no one and looks like a regurgitated version of everything else on the internet.

So, let’s transform the way people make buying decisions.

People want to be connected with products and services they believe in. Data shows that more than two-thirds (66%) are willing to pay more for sustainable products that are good for people and the planet.

Let’s convert them into loyal believers in products made with a conscience.

Good marketing connects people with things they already need and want. Great marketing speeds up that connection.

We all have to start somewhere, like my first job hoeing strawberry fields in the summer heat after I rode my bike to get there.

If you’re ready to kick your content marketing into high gear and reach the right people with the right message, then let’s chat to see if we’re a fit.

I’m also a small farmer (ish)

In 2023, I started a 300-plant lavender farm on our three acres in Waterbury, Vermont. One month later, a devastating 100-year flood put the field under eight feet of water. I’m working on restoring the field and am pushing on! You can follow that journey on Instagram at Little River Lavender Farm.

I hate small talk. Here’s some other trivia about me.

  • My husband and I have two kiddos and are raising them alongside six chickens, 30+ fruit trees, 200 Christmas trees, and lots of garden plots.

  • I have an apocalyptic obsession with canning food. Last year, I canned over 60 quarts, from tomato sauce to jam to applesauce.

  • I learned to play the guitar during the pandemic. I’m a campfire strummer.

  • I write poetry, too. It’s my life goal to have a published poem. Read my poems here.

  • I believe in God. Connectedness is my number one Gallup Strength.

  • I love to play outside. Whether snowboarding, gardening, or walking alongside the river in our backyard, outside is where I center myself.

  • I come from a long line of dairy farmers. My brother is the 5th generation to farm. His cows are dotted behind my family in the photo below.
